Build progress is right on track with all parking floors now complete and the unique KEFITA floor now under construction. The KEFITA floor is the first of its kind in an Addis apartment building, offering luxury, Western-style facilities to residents and their guests, including a gym, meeting and work spaces, and a coffee lounge.

Borehole complete
Our drilling contractor EDIT PLC completed and capped the Kefita proprietary water well which will serve the building. The well extends to 272.10 meters deep. Excellent Aquifers have been encountered and the well configuration is designed to maximise flows. All works have been overseen by our consultants, Eclipse Engineering PLC.
Integration meeting
Detailed design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing integration. Dawit Solomon, Managing Partner, BIGAR, leads the team through one of many rigorous work streams required in order that the complicated and detailed task of integration servesboth form and utility.
We’ve found our plot
After an extensive search across central Addis Abeba we have located a plot. Situated in the off Embassy Row in the Signal district of Addis, the site extends to 2300m2.
